Validate failed

Hi, I've got problem with validating my forum.

Reason: Provided key didn't validate. Error from server: Push functionality hasn't been enabled with your board. Please enable it and send a email to support@shoutbox-app.com for a new validation.

But I did it. Anyway I wrote to the email, but nobody replied yet.

Sorry, I don't understand. I don't have problem with mobile app.. I just want to use chat for my forum

You don't need to activate it if you don't use the app.

So what I have to do? Chat doesn't show on forum and in ACP it want API Key and Connection ID

Okay, I tried to reinstall the shoutbox. Now it writes me something like this:

During request encountered an error and was thrown. Changes made before the error occurred, were the best of our abilities returned, but you should check your forum and make sure there are not errors.
Configuration settings "ajaxshoutbox_version" that should exist, does not exist.

You probably didn't set the permissions up correctly, and thats why it wasn't shown.

Oh god, I got it finally, thanks. And can you tell me where I can change how many posts will show?

edit: Nad how can I set these permissions? Dont have it in ACP

ACL_M_SHOUTBOX_DELETE

If you installed it correctly they are under Misc in group or user permissions.
